WARRANTY - NEW ITEMS

All new items are covered by manufacture warranty. Please ensure to retail proof of purchase at time to claim warranty on a product. In the event proof of purchase is not given the manufacture may not grant any warranty on a product. If the item was purchased within the 14 days please return to store for assistance. Your statutory right are not affected.

WARRANTY - USED ITEMS

This warranty does not cover the following physical damage, damage or failures which result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, faulty installation, improper maintenance, and improper voltage supply, interference from or with other electronic devices, alteration, improper modification, firmware flashing, bios flashing or service by anyone other than ACE TECH. Consumable parts that degenerate over time but are not fixed e.g. batteries, bulbs are also not covered by warranty.

ACE TECH bears no responsibility for your loss of data, please ensure that all data is removed from the device before booking in for warranty or returning the device.

RETURNS - NEW ITEMS

If the item is sealed and unused ACE TECH will issue a refund to the original payment method if the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. If the item has been opened and used ACE TECH will offer only a trade in value based on the condition of the item and its package.

Returns are excluded for the following; any items with single use codes e.g. software, game activation codes or subscription codes. Any bespoke or customised items made to order items e.g. apparel, posters, mugs, etc. Non removable consumable parts sealed batteries lithium, zinc or and or other.

RETURNS - USED ITEMS

Items must be returned in resalable condition and in the condition sold. If there are any damages to the item deductions will be made. All used item if no suitable or unwanted can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. If in the event an exchange is not required and refund is needed ACE TECH offers will offer a maximum return value of 75% of the original price paid to the original payment method. Your statutory right are not affected.
