When did ACE TECH open?
Our store has been open since early 2013 and since opening we have made steps to gradually grow and expand. In 2018 we expanded the store in size helping us to show more products and items we have to offer.
What does ACE TECH sell?
Our primary focus is computers and electronics but we also deal with a lot of gaming and gadgets. Our business is structured around those 4 areas and we try and fill all and every area and niece connecting and surrounding those. Whether it be a mobile phone, a games console, some headphones or a drone. All can be linked to each and another and at ACE TECH we feel it would not be right if we didn’t cater to all and every category we can.
Does ACE TECH offer trade-in?
We strongly believe that it is a waste to throw away any old tech so the answer is yes we not only sell but we also offer trade-in for either cash or store credit. We grade all items from new to defective, yes defective so even if your item has a defect you can still trade it with us. As we also repair services we also carry out repairs on our own items so give them a new lease on life. Please ensure to contact the store for prices and requirements for trade-ins.
Does ACE TECH offer warranty?
Yes all items we sell carry a limited warranty which varies from product to product. Please note items that are sold as clearance, reduce to clear, discounted or sold with a defect are not covered by warranty. Please click here for more.
Does ACE TECH do repairs?
The answer is yes we do offer a number of repair services for any item from laptop and computer repairs, mobile phone and tablets, electrical and television repairs. Disc cleaning and much more. We also offer diagnostic services as often if you laptop or PC isn’t working there could be a number of reasons why so this is an important step in helping us solve the problem faced.
Does ACE TECH offer returns?
If for any reason you don’t like the item just pop it back within 14 days in the same condition and we will be happy to exchange it for a replacement or even something else. Please click here for more. Buyer responsibility for return of any item.
